Perfect Parties By Mail is committed to our customers’ satisfaction. We will accept the return of any party items for merchandise refund or credit within 30 days of purchase so long as the items are not personalized and are in their original condition.  Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.  Please contact us before sending your return back to us so we can assign it a return number.  You will receive your credit when the product arrives at our facility.

If your order is damaged in transit and/or arrives in an unsatisfactory condition, please notify us immediately.

Although we make every effort to ensure that all orders are processed properly, mistakes can happen. If your order does not arrive as you expected, please let us know immediately, and we will make every reasonable effort to correct any mistake and ship you the proper merchandise.
 
Personalized invitations and personalized stickers can not be refunded for any reason.  We can reprint your original order with a 25% discount on the item.  You will be responsible for the shipping charges.   Proofs are provided with each printed order for review and final approval before printing. By approving your order you are agreeing the proof is ready to print. Carefully review your proof for spelling, grammar, punctuation, correct dates, text layout and correct text information. Once the proof is approved, and the order has been printed, the client is responsible for any additional charges for reproduction. Perfect Parties By Mail will not print your order until we receive a final approval by replying to the email with the proof attached.  If you do not recieve your email when expected please check your junk email file.  If you still cannot locate your proof call our office at 813-464-9849.
