        Can I buy blank invitations and print them myself?
        Yes, however some of them are to wide and won't fit in standard printers.
          
        Do all invitations come with envelopes?
        Yes
         
        How long do the invitations take if there is no proof time on the description?
        Some of the items are not in stock and will need to be ordered after you place your order it typically takes 4-5 business days to recieve them here. If the invitation is in stock we will have a proof to you in less than 24 hours.  Once they arrive we send a proof and can immediatly print and ship.  If you are unclear as to whether the invitaiton you would like to purchase is in stock please use the "contact us" tab at the top of the website and ask us, we will be happy to help!
        In some cases there will be a 24 hour proof time and we will not have enough product on hand to fill your order.  In this instance we can have the proof in 24 hours but your printing time would be approximately 5 business days.
         
        Once I approve my proof how long does it take before you ship my order?
        If the invitation is in our inventory you can expect us to print in 24 hours or less and ship the same or the next business day.  If it is not in stock it will ship in 4-5 business days.
         
        Do you send a proof on all personalized items?
        Yes, every item that needs to be personalized will recieve a FREE proof by email.  You will have the opportunity to change things about the personalization that are incorrect or things you simply don't like.  We will NOT print without your authorization.  Numerous changes made to the invitation will be charged a $5.00 fee.
         
        How do I enter my font selection?
        Enter the information in the drop down screens and boxes.  If there is only one box on the page then enter all of the information into the one box on the invitations screen.  Enter your words, font selection and any notes you would like us to have.  You don't have to center the text or put the sentences on each line.  We will set the invitation up for you as it will fit on the card.  Remember we send you a proof so if you don't love it we will change it! 
         
        Will you center my text automatically or do I have to do that in the text box?
        Yes your text will be centered on the invitation.  Remember you will get a proof and if you don't like it, we can change it!
         
        What type of photos do you need for the photo products?
        Use as large of a photo as possible.  300dpi or larger works the best.  Lighter backgrounds print best.  Be sure the subject does not have red eye, as they will look even redder in the final printout.  Photos taken by professional photographers are covered by copyright.  They cannot be reproduced without the photogrpher's consent. This applies to school photos too.  We cannot be responsible for the quality of the pictures you email to us to be printed on the cards.  
         
        What are the types of acceptable files for the photo's?
        JPEG, TIF, PCX, PNG, MacPaint, Photoshop PSD, MacPICTURE, MS Paint
          
         Are personalized invitations or labels refundable?
        These items are personalized therefore are not refundable.  If the misprinting is our mistake then we will reprint with no charges to the customer.  If  the information is incorrect or you have approved a proof that has errors on it our reprint policy will apply.  See the details below
         
        Can I special order an invitation from the product lines you carry even if I don't see it on your website?
        Yes, special orders take a minimum of 1 week to arrive at our facility.  There is a minimum order amount of 20 cards if it is through San Lori or Picture Perfect, 30 cards if they are from Inviting Company.
         
        Can you assemble my invitations?
        We offer the convenience of invitation assembly. Each invitation is different and may include die cut perforation, bow or embellishment attachment. Assembly does not include stuffing of envelopes. Assembly may delay your order by 1 - 2 business days.  You can purchase assembly of invitations under the invitation set up portion of your invitation choice.   You can also purchase return address printing.
         
        Can I change the font on my invitations?
        Yes.  Our Disney invitations fonts have a copyright.  Allowing us only to use the fonts within the program.  All other invitaitons have a variety of fonts to chose from.  You can see the choice selections under each invitation or at the font selction link at the bottom of the website.  Sometimes the fonts on the images are not available through our website.  The images are provided by the manufacturer and they are using their fonts.  We will do our best to duplicate them or get them as close as possible if that is what you prefer.
         
        Can I change the wording on an invitation?
        Of course, you can use our words or get creative and come up with your own!
         
        I placed my order but I have not received a proof?
        Either you placed an order for an invitation that is not in stock or your email is in your "junk mail" box.  Check the invitation that you ordered once again to see if it has a 24 hour proof time or no time at all.  If it has no time it has been ordered on your behalf and you will receive a proof when it arrives at our office.  Your proof will be coming from shannon@perfectpartiesbymail.com
         
        What is your reprint policy?
        Personalized inivitations, banners and personalized stickers can not be refunded for any reason.  We can reprint your original order with a 25% discount on the item.  You will be responsible for the shipping charges.   Proofs are provided with each printed order for review and final approval before printing. By approving your order you are agreeing the proof is ready to print. Carefully review your proof for spelling, grammar, punctuation, correct dates, text layout and correct text information. Once the proof is approved, and the order has been printed, the client is responsible for any additional charges for reproduction. Perfect Parties By Mail will not print your order until we receive a final approval by replying to the email with the proof attached.  If you do not recieve your email when expected please check your junk email file.  If you still cannot locate your proof call our office at 813-464-9849.   As you make changes to your proof the old proofs are erased from our system, this will ensure we print the correct proof.
         
        Why can't I open the font selection pages?
        If you received a security alert when trying to open the font pages it is because you are opening a pdf file.  You can click "okay" to open it or lower your security settings on your computer, if possible.  If you still have problems we can email you a copy.  Request a copy by email to orders@perfectpartiesbymail.com
          
        Can you explain the sticker / label pricing?
        Stickers come 6, 8 or 9 to a sheet, refer to each sticker for the sheet size.  The price is per sheet.  Which means you get 6, 8 or 9 stickers for the price indicated
           
        I am trying to purchase an item and the system won't allow me to purchase the quantity I want?
        That means we do not have the amount you want to purchase currently in stock.  Please send us an email and ask us when our next shipment is due to arrive.  If you want an extra large amount we can order it special for you!
          
        What happens if I want something that is backordered?
        The shopping cart system will not allow you to purchase more than what is at our facility.  If you need larger quantities please email us at orders@perfectpartiesbymail.comand we can let you know when the next shipment is expected to arrive. We cannot guarantee an exact delivery date for backordered items. However, we can guarantee that once your backordered items arrive in stock your order will be processed and delivered within the time frame communicated in our email.
          
        What are your business days and hours?

        Can I receive my shipment overnight?

        If I choose Express shipping does that mean you will process my order faster?
        Yes, however if you chose invitations or personalized labels that we do not have in stock you will have to wait the 5 days for the proof and before we send your items print.  If you chose items in stock we will ship the same day or the next business day.
         
        How fast is Standard Mail?   Mail is shipped USPS Priority which generally takes 2-3 business days of transit time. Our mail leaves daily at 10am EST. 
         
        How long is your processing time?  We can process all orders within 24 hours as long as the items are in stock.  If you order an item that is not in stock we will notify you immediatly to inform you of the estimated shipping date.  You will have the opportunity to cancel your order if our processing time does not meet your needs.  Invitations that are not in stock will be 5-7 business days before they arrive to us.  We will process your proof within 24 hours and will print and ship immediatly after your approval.  You will not recieve an email stating that  the invitation you choose is not in stock.  The invitations in stock will not have a proof date on the items description.  If there is a 24 hour proof time under the description then the item is in stock.
         
        What is your return policy?

        Perfect Parties By Mail is committed to our customers’ satisfaction. We will accept the return of any party items for merchandise refund or credit within 30 days of purchase so long as the items are not personalized and are in their original condition.  Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.  Please contact us before sending your return back to us so we can assign it a return number.  You will receive your credit when the product arrives at our facility.

        If your order is damaged in transit and/or arrives in an unsatisfactory condition, please notify us immediately.

        Although we make every effort to ensure that all orders are processed properly, mistakes can happen. If your order does not arrive as you expected, please let us know immediately, and we will make every reasonable effort to correct any mistake and ship you the proper merchandise.

        Do you accept any other forms of  payment?
        Yes, we will accept money orders, cashiers checks and pay pal.  Please send us an email to orders@perfectpartiesbymail so we can help you with this process.  These orders will need to be completed by email or phone.
